    well, I usually get chest and arms in, but I only got chest in as I got to the gym late tomorrow I'll work my triceps with shoulders and back and not worry about my biceps since I'll be hitting heavy back anyway

    Lower Back Problems + Heavy SLDL = more problems

    so, I keep it at 135, and on occasion I'll bump it up to 185.

    smart thing not goin too heavy on those SLDLs with lower back probs, i stayed away from all deads when my lower back was fucked for over a year. dam homie now where the hell r u pullin out 80lbs x 10?! and u call that light weight??

    As for my goals, I want to compete, I'm actually planning on doing a show in July. Do I want to go professional or do I have huge aspirations to be a full-time bodybuilder? No, but I love this sport and so I have quite a bit of dedication towards it.

    So basically I just wanna compete for fun. Right now I'll just do this local show for a couple years, and in about 4-5 years maybe I'll look around to do some other more serious shows to see how well I'd do.

    yep it was rather short, only an hour long. The last two sessions of mine I was due to work shortly and got to the gym late.

    I have legs today, and then tomorrow and Thursday I can make up for my chest/arms and back/shoulders session from this previous week
