    I meant I was getting weaker with each set because I did so many

    other then that my bench is still getting stronger and will catch you shortly

    not really, overal I only did 12 sets of Chest, thats not too much at all. 8 sets on bench isn't bad at all, I did the 10x3 for a while but I rather hit a higher amount of reps for 6-8 sets on Bench.

    I hate seated calf raises, but good work on 'em.

    Squats are still looking strong, don't let it get to you.
