That's more like it, Tweaker. Nice day of cardio, though I wouldn't be caught dead walking on a Treadmille. Of course I have no idea what a Treadmille is

I'm with Paulie; those dips looked awesome, and I know those Incline curls must've been killer. They always are for me Careful with that wrist though Tweak, as few things suck like joint damage does. Keep the domination rolling

How long are you "deloading" for? Still pretty sweet dips Tweaker.

Are you by chance deloading on Paulie?

You better deload and reload pretty quick, 'cause I'm still going up on those

    Dips look great as always

Bi work also looks awesome. Looks very similar to what I did yesterday, and that was no joke. Plus you did a little better than me

Hopefully the deloading goes well for you. Session still looks good and you're still benching more than you used to and your dips are exceptional like always.

I'm posting this while at my g/fs

    Shoulders and Back

    Seated Db Press
    60x10
    70x10
75x6 <--- I lost focus on the 6th rep, its like I forgot what I was doing so I actually had the weight sitting on my shoulders for like 3 seconds, total blank of the brain
    60x10 <drop set> 35x10

Side Laterals - went heavier for you Paul
    35x8
    45x8
    55x6 <-- PB
    40x12 <drop set> 30x10

    Chinups (wide-grip)
    Me x10
    Me +25x10
    Me +25x10
    Me +25x10
    Me x10

Paramount Row - not much effort put forth in these, started having an upset stomach for some odd reason
    200x6
    220x6
    240x6
    240x6

Rear Laterals - light, stomach was getting best of me especially when bending over to do these
    30x12
    30x12
    30x12

Dumbell Shrugs - I have a new technique to training my traps, very hard to explain so I'll save the trouble and just tell you I did 4 sets of these

no cardio although I really should have hit 20 minutes of it at the least. Instead I sat at the Deli, ordered this chicken wrap, very delicious. Afterwards my stomach was better. I dont know what I could have ate earlier oh well, all done with now

Tomorrow I'm hoping to wake up early enough to go to the gym with my g/f and hit some legs and cardio. I have to work at Noon - 5, her gym closes at 6. So if all else fails I'm at least going to hit some 30 minutes cardio after work.

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.
