Dang you love losing focus while working out, sss sss sss. Good job on the shoulder presses anyway, and the side raises are insane ahhhhh, that is quite awesome. Chins looked good, and everything else looked good as well.

Since when did you start getting upset stomachs? Oh well, atleast you didnt get sick or anything. MMMM that chicken wrap does sound good.

What kind of shrugs are those?? Did you hold the dumbells up in a pressing motion, and then kind of do a shrug like thing? You would do that,

PS- Domination shall occur in approximately uhhhh 6 days.

I just now remembered us talking about that

I squatted and benched press while shrugging all at the same time

I'll show you what I do, I cant really explain it, I could try but people wouldn't understand at all

The biggest difference between you and me is you're you, and I'm me. I always win. Sorry bro.

I've been doing that for years. It's called the squatuggapress. But it pales in comparison to my latest invention, the isodeadinclinechpressquatshruglifturlupdown

well you know what Preacher Curls are right? You know how the angle of the bench of a preacher curl is about 70 degrees. Well spyder curls are where you just turn the preacher curl station around so that your curling off the 90 degree angle.

    Clear?

Ha, even though you blanked out on the sixth rep for the DB Shoulder Presses you still managed to get that last rep up which is hard as hell (I've spaced out myself quite a few times). Chinups then look absolutely huge and going easier on the Rear DB Raises wasn't a bad idea at all; probably improved your form in fact.

On the next session, Inclines look great, even though you're calling it "light weight" it's still more than fags like Chesty can put up. The weighted dips look absolutely superb (I thought you were deloading? Ego?) and the weight on the Hammer Curls look great as well. I really have to try Spider Curls sometime soon!

Every thing looks great. Keep bangin' bro.

Me +90x10 didn't take much effort so it is deloading

and yes...some ego thrown in there too

thanks for the comment as always
