    awesome man, great to see you finally increased weight on Squats man! Them lunges and leg curls arent no joke either man. you did the damn thing nicely, excellent session. Next week lets see that 425x8 now!

    Awesome leg session bro! Next week you're going to kill that squat for eight reps (would that be a personal best?)!


    I did legs as well as I could today too and let me tell you, you and I are going to be some sore dogs tomorrow

    rotator cuff warmups

    falt bb bench
    135x30, 225x10, 275x10, 295x6, 315x5, 275x6 drop 225x5

    incline BB press
    135x10, 205x10, 225x8, 245x4 was heavy today

    Decline BB press
    225x10, 245x8, 275x4

    close grip presses
    110x10, 160x10,8,9,6

    BB kicks
    110x8,7,6,5

    streached and left yall!

    hey man how long do u been doing your triceps with chest? when i tried them last week i was totally buggered on my first set for triceps, so however you manage to be able to lift a weigt like that for your tricpes i just dont know
    always find hope in your log ben!!
