Damn Ben! Really hitting those militaries hard! Big weight buddy! Do you do them standing or seated btw?

Overall that's some killer poundage man, especially on the presses and upright rows. Awesome first workout for the new log :2:

I still cant believe the weight of those damn Upright Rows, that is so insane, and that drop set you did with them...insane brother. Do I even have to mention those military presses? crazy mofo...and holy shit 30 reps with the db shrugs. Awesome session man, really representing it for the first session on this forum!

Is it easier to do DB shrugs than BB? i do BB shrugs with the smith machine nad man, its weird....

And your sessions look solid!

I did Smiths shrugs this week Hypo for the first time and didn't rate it at all. Only did two sets then went back to DB's. Can't beat them IMO.

awesome man, great to see you finally increased weight on Squats man! Them lunges and leg curls arent no joke either man. you did the damn thing nicely, excellent session. Next week lets see that 425x8 now!
