    Great benching as usual and it's great to see you're not waisting a single movement. I remember you doing more iso's back in the day but you're in there just slinging the heavy iron bro and I'm sure it's paying off. Great to hear about your progress, 240 is definitely within reason.     Ok sunday was legs i started a squat prgrma to minimize damage on my lower lumbar disks bc sometimes the bug me i just switch off to this prog. The idea of the prg is tp build power while maximizing depth and minimizing damage on lowr umbar disks like i said.


    Ok so here it goes this was sunday

    Legs
    leg ext
    100x30, 130x30, 200x20, 250x15

    squat( did heavy last time i squatted so this is the light day on the prog)
    225x5, 275x5, 315x5

    Machine lunges
    185x10, 225x10, 8, 6

    SLDL
    135x10, 185x10,10,10

    machine leg curls
    200x12, 225x10, 200x8

    thats all for legs

    today was back n bis

    bb rows hands pronated
    135x20, 225x15, 275x10, 315x7

    t bar rows
    4platesx10, 4 plates and a 25x 10, 5 platesx8

    DB rows
    105x10, 130x10, 10

    barbell curls
    90x10,10

    DB curls
    40x10, 50x8

    high cable curls

    Hope that back gets better bro. The leg weights are great, especially the Leg Ext, and SLDLs. The weight you were throwing around today on back is absolutely sick. Those BB rows are awesome and it seems like everyone is throwing around those 130's these days though lol! I'm jealous you've got a spot to do T-Bar rows because I really miss doing them, they're such an awesome exercise and you showed no mercy there.

    And LOL at you using physiological terminology and all now

    p.s. I have lower back problems too. I don't have any idea how you sleep... ...but I know I used to sleep on my stomach . You probably know this 'trick' already, but I tried forcing myself to sleep on my back or on my side and it actually does help a lot.

    Dammit Ben, why do you have to put three monster sessions in one post like this!?

    Bench is awesome, lots of sets and 365 is huge for a single. Very nice strength on the inclines that followed as well, 225 is more than most people are putting up on bench bro! Back day looks solid although I'd still incorporate one row whether you're training for width or not. Finally, your leg day was awesome, 405 x 10 is so mind-blowing to me because doing it for 4 is painful as hell. Keep hittin 'em hard bro
