    Ok i did a lil chest and some shoulders and tris today baby!

    Rotator cuff warmups

    incline BB press
    135x20, 10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x2 one forced after those, 275x5, 225x10

    Upright rows
    135x15, 155x12, 185x8,8, 155x10

    Super setted with

    Military pres to the front
    135x15, 12,10,10,10

    Shrugs
    225x10, 315x10, 405x10, 315x20

    Close grip tricep presses
    160x12, 180x10, 200x10, 220x10, 200x10

    Damn dude, those rows are all awesome. 275 on BB row is no joke. Those Db rows are insane as well. I know you rep those 130's so easily, thats lightweight for you. How heavy does your DB's go? You should see how much you can do. I bet you could get some reps out with the 150's. Yep lightweight!

    We have DBs that go to 160 use to use them but i dont train w a belt on back days anymore, need too keep my core strong. i think 105s or so are about right for 10-12 130s are gettin heavy and i think my form slips a lil on my last few reps.

    I don't know how you snuck two sessions by me! Great weight on shoulder work, especially the superset of uprights and presses which must've been intense bro. Also, huge weight on those rows man; you destroyed your upper body over the past two days!

    I did legs today do and you out-did me again you son of a bitch!

    I'm playing bro (although you did outlift me), very big weights all around and I like throwing in those SLDL's. Fascia stretching's really a bitch though, ain't it? LOL.
