    I am home and back in the gym today. It was kinda nice just drinking beer and eating whateva I wanted. But anyway here we go.

    BENCH
    295 x2
    295 x2
    225 x12/drop set
    135 x15

    Incline

    225 x8 3 sets

    Flyes
    50 x10 3 sets

    I did 15 mins on the treadmill I started with 4.0 for 1 min then 6.0 for 1 min until 15 mins was over

    Superseted training always seemed pretty hard for me but you do it perfectly! Keep it up, lots of sets and huge loads!

    Biiiiiiiiig weights on deadz mate, but I would do 2 reps in my heaviest set. At least 2. I would drop down a bit weight and try to do one more. But that's only my opinion.

    Good pulldown mate, your lats should be screaming 4 help! Congratz!
