    Turkish--> I've been doing Front squats for some weeks now and I like it better than regular back squats, and I do hamstrings and quads on two different days (all though I sometimes do high lying leg curls on quad days because I'm awesome like that ).

    Tunen--> You better do a good job in here being a mod.

    Dr. Fallen--> I usually don't have any trouble losing weight but still cardio sucks.

    Rocco--> Even my humbleness is awesome.

    excellent front squats dude Rows are also very strong, should they be stronger then your front squat though

    great show of strength throughout the entire session Nicolai very impressive. Great abs too and good luck with the diet

    its funny how you say your squats are puny but yet your legs are your best bodypart.

    your squats aren't puny by any margain either, I just found it odd that you were rowing so much more then Front Squatting.

    solid benching right there, its amazing I remember you benching just 100kg for 8 reps or so not too long ago, you've certainly came a ways

    bb shoulder presses are quite impressive and those close grips aren't nothing shy of heavy weight either

    biceps are strong as well
