Just starting to deadlifts again on a regular basis after a long time away from it, so I've lost quite a bit of strength. But it'll come back pretty quick... I hope :D

Too bad those weights are far from cute, more like holy shit massive! BB Rows are outta control, but how come you row more than you deadlift lol

That is what happens when you start to favor one excercise instead of the other. While I did more and more rows I skipped deadlifts totally.
I've just started doing them again:weightlifter:

Weights are massive also in rest of exercices.

For me arm training is just something that has to be done quickly.. Think it's been over a week since my last workout:D

great stuff. i have to disagree aswell...i love training arms. doing high reps on triceps hurts especially...but it hurts so good.

the weight on your close grip presses is heavy mate strong tri's keep at it good work load as well

nice session bravo, good numbers, and good reps, but i have to disagree on ur comment about training arms being boring, i think it is awesome, it is one of my favorites to train, because i always get a great pump.

again another awesome session. I know what you mean about arms day kinda being a downer though. Nothing really big to do on that day, but hell I still love training my arms, maybe you should try spicing it up a little JB
