nice session there jb, u gave those legs the beating they deserve i dont understand u guys who do sldl's, they just kill my lower back, and i dont feel it in my hams either, i must be doing something wrong:jerkoff1:

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
    For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
    Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
    I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

You can do more weight that that JB.

Are you following any particular system with your training now with regard to sets/reps/exercises?

Bulkboy - I think you must be doing it wrong! It's worth getting SLDL or Romanians in your routine though cos they work the hams from a different way to leg curls. Leg curls - predominantly from knee. Romanians from hips!

    Thanks, BB.
As far as the SLDL's it works for me when I use lower weight and just try to concentrate on using my hamstrings and glutes to do the work. Also it may help you if you do another exercise for hams first.

Yeah I can do more weight than that but not at the moment.. I'm still a bit weak after the diet and all.

I'm not following any particular training system other than what Tunen gave me.

It's a good exercise but I can't do them too often or too heavy, or else my elbows might explode.

Rocco--> Glad you liked the spider curls.

That's why I switch exercises for triceps from time to time so the ones that are hard on the elbows are not being used every time.

I still have to get used to the Yates rows but I can feel it much better in my upper back area and of course biceps as well, but those are areas that I really need to improve.
