    Great session with great lifts buddy , lots of volume but it is clearly working. Keep up the great work
    Very impressive deading, that back must be getting thick as hell. Also.. i am amazed at the 160kg bent over BB rows.. I need to start stepping it up a notch now, thanks a lot

    I do hope my back is getting thicker and specially the upper part of my back. It's one of the things I want to improve before I step on stage again.

    BB rows have always been one of the few exercises that I'm strong in but it's been a while since I have done 160kg.

    how is snatch grip different to regular grip? is it just a wider grip?

    It is a pretty wide grip. We hold the hands outside of the rings on the bar and I can really feel the difference.
