    thats actually a very solid idea mate. u get alot of cardio and ure having fun at the same time. i also think the treadmill is boring as hell. so i prefer just going for a walk in the mountains or play landhockey. that way im more motivated and get cardio exercise in

    btw, how do u like the states so far prince? is everything bigger?;D

    I love it down here man, they sell protein powder and stuff in the supermarket hahahha, and most of the dining halls are all you can eat, and some good food too,

    Gym:

    Push workout

    Incline bench

    Hammer strength chest press( lbs is on each side)

    90 lbsx7

    Did 2 sets of cable crossovers for pump and good stretch

    Side laterals
    15lbsx12
    25lbsx10
    35lbsx6
    35lbsx6

    Seated dumbell press
    55lbsx8
    60lbsx6
    65lbsx4

    Hammer strength dips( lbs is each side)
    90x5..too heavy
    60lbsx12
    70lbsx10

    Did some standing tricep extensions 40,55,50 pounds, didnt count reps

    To kill the tri's did one set of CGBP to failure...135x6...hahahaha weak..

    Afterwards i played some basketball, volleyball and ping pong.. gym was like 1 hour and the rest another 1.5 hours...love the rec center here!

    New machine, never tried it out, had a wide platform, so decided to go wide with toes pointed.

    1 plates each sidex15

    8 platex6....so that 16 platesx45 lbs= 720 lbs + machine (118)=838 pounds

    Sumo deads
    135lbsx8
    205x6
    255lbsx3, dropset to 135lbsx8 stiff leg deads

    HS unilateral leg extensions( plate loaded)
    45lbsx8 3 sets

    HS unilateral leg curls ( cable)
    80lbsx10 2 sets

    Did some calves and got out

    the only problem i have is that the paltes are not round, they are octagon, so when putting them down they dont always go straight. dammit

    i had the same issue today. my gym has the rubber coated irop grip octagon plates. i had to keep adjust my feet before each dead when i set it down.
