i presume u also speak dutch:ik studeer momenteel hebo op de haagse hoge school.1ste jaars.Wat voor studie ben jij aan het doen dan?ik heb te veel groep project shit te doen en toetsen voor na de vakantie te leren!je weet toch?waar woon jij in ned?

Op dit moment nog sport en bewegen. Volgend jaar SPH aan de fontys. Woon in Tilburg en jij..?

Yesterday 18th of October had a good back,traps and bi's session
Been feelin under the weather lately and have had a lot of shit to do for school.....
Missin too many days because of this.....but now i have a week off from school and will be hittin the gym twice!morning cardio and eveing training!!bring the pain!!

Reverse grip pulldowns(4 sets)

Two handed dumbell rows
-4 sets of 22 kilo dumbells for 10 reps

Deadlift
-60kgx15
-80kgx12
-100kgx8
-120kgx5
-140x2(previous pb)!!!but now i im lighter so it is a better lift!!first time i didi it iwieghed about 250......now i weigh 235!!

-Barbell shrugs
-60kgx12
-80kgx10
-100kgx8

Machine rows
-4 sets of 145x12(wide grip)

Front Pulldowns
4 sets of 115 punds x12 reps......just to finish up and get that good stretch.......real slow and good squeeze and extensions

Alternate dumbell curls

16kgx12
16kgx12......biceps and forearms were pretty f'd up from back training

Barbell curls
-olympic barx12
-30kgx10(3 sets)

Concentration curls
1o kg x10(3 sets)

Did some machine curls to finish up with a good pump(4o kg for about 20 reps for 4 sets)

Felt pretty good and will be aiming for 150 kg dead in the next backworkout!

Agga...! Ach ja beter als werken geloof me.
xxlnutrition.nl goedkope eigen merk producten en altrijd netjes thuis bezorgt zonder problemen. Ze hebben ook andere merken als je dat liever wilt.

Session didn't look too bad at all considering you weren't 100%.

Everybody is sick these days. Ive had a really bad cold last week but getting better now. Hopefully you recover quick. Keep up the good work

Went to another gym in the neighbourhood to train with the brother of my gf....we rested as long as it took for the other to finish......i was sucking air like crazy...i could barely walk after this...tommorow it's push day(chest,shoulders,tri's)

squat til u puke, working w/ little breaks i'm suprised u didn't puke!! overall a sweet leg session w/ a touch of db rows
