today 3rd of november was shoulders,traps and cardio!

Front bb press
-barx15(warmup)
-40kgx10
-50kgx8
-60kgx5
-60kgx4
-70kgx3...my gf spotted me....heavy shit!

One arm side laterals
-5kgx15
-7kgx12
-8kgx10
-10kgx6

Bent over raises
-2 sets of 12kgx10
-2 sets of 14kgx8

Barbell shrugs
-70kgx12
-2 sets of 100kgx8
-120kgx6

Wide grip upright rows supersetted with standing barbell presses
- sets of 40kgx6+40kgx6

And did halve hour cardio!!

Very pleased with this session.Like most of u know and stated in my first post i have some trouble with my left shoulder.So for me to have a good shoulder session without any pain is a big plus!!

Tommorow is Legs and abs day!whoooohhhoooo!!!!SQUAT BABY!!!

hahaha....maybe for u ecto people.......us endo ar always trying to lose weight peghi!been fat all my life!i ain't about to stop dieting because its winter!for me its just a nother week of dieting and training baby!

And good job on those heavy shoulder presses too - glad your shoulder is working out ok! Good weight.

Was planning on hittin legs today but i woke up with a stiff lower back of walkiing the whole day with shopping bags while my gf wasted my money:(:(
So i did chest a a gym where a friend of my trains!Pretty decent gym...nice weights and machines..just trying to squeeze to many things in a cramp space....if ur doing inclinse presses there is a guy not even a foot next to u doing cable rows....too close for comfort!

Anyways.....here go's..

Bench press
-barx15(warm up)

Incline presses

Machine seated press(machine:hammer look a like plate loaded)

Incline dumbell presses

-26kgx3...drop set 20kgx4
-22kgx8

Standing tricep extensions(ez bar)

Close grip bench press

-3 sets of 50kgx10-8

Rope pushdowns
-3/4 stack there(small stack,like half the normal stack,could barely see the wieght on it)x12

That was it and was feeling pretty pumped!!good session all around!!bought a protei shake and got the fuck out!c yall tommorow for a leg session!holla!

Good session all around and felt pretty good...didn't have anybody to spot me today so didn't do 120 alone..needed a bit of help to complete the 120 last time

Tommorow is back and bi day!

ever tried doiing the squats in the smith? works awesome when u dont have someone to spot u:p

Good choice to hold back rather than risk injury! Still a solid session nonetheless. Glad you enjoy doing legs.

-3 sets of 20 kilo'sx12-15 ss with machine curls till the burn was too much

Bicep curls
-14 kilo'sx12
-16 kilo'sx10
-18 kilo'sx8

Hammer curls
-2 sets of 20 kilo'sx10
-16 kilo'sx12

Cable curls
-3 sets of 80 pounds x15?(till the burn was too much!

Did three sets of bench leg raises and got out!

That was about it!
