yeah i know peghi......i started going there because its real close to my house.....the good gym is half an hour away...so that sucks..but there is a new one that just opent recently that is only about 15 minutes away so i will check that one out!

22kg biggest dumbells in the gym..? Prince get out of that healthcenter and find a real gym with some big ass dumbells

hahahahaha i know guys.......that's why starting monday im gonna focus on only barbell movements to increase overall strength and when my contract ends (march/april?)i will move to aq gym with bigger dumbells and go only dumbells for a while...

That was it and felt pretty good....couldn't go too heavy on military because of exhaustion of front delts because of chest training.

Hopefuly tommorow is legs and abs!

damn ure strenght is improving man!! good flat and incline pressing there, no doubt about it, nothing shabby about the military either, and damn i love those drop sets when doing side laterals, nothing burns like that:D

Bench is going up really nicely. Those military's are strong too after all the pressing work before it!

Were do you train atm..? because Den haag got some good places to train if i can remember it correctly

fit all day right behind holland spoor. it's5 min a foot from my house....but there is a new one that just opened at bierkade...8 min in the tram...im gonna check that out!!heard dumbells go to 50kg!!:)

Calf press machine
-275 poundsx12(4 sets)

Was feeling my legs like crazy boy!!
Went like planned and plan on doing 130 next week!!
