    Update.....fever gone....diahrea is still there but not much....will be healthy by monday...will hit the gym and do a upper body session but light...just for the feel and see how bad i got during my stomach virus...till then...........stay happy and train hard!

    Need ur help though...gonna take it easy this weak....2 upper and 1 lower body workout...i need help on a good split!

    yeah i had the green apple splatters a little over the last few days, i shouldnt have eaten that warm can of tuna that has been sitting in the car for who knows how long lol!

    dont do deads first dude, they just fuck you up for the rest of the workout, i do em at the end, and there is never any probs
