    nice squats and front squats, congrats for that p.b.. you will see that you can go up in your weight at them in no time

    deadlifts lookin strong too, don't worry about just one rep at the last set, 140kg are some serious weight

    gonna take the weekend off and start out fresh and hit it hard come monday

    last week was just to hit the muscles without really killing them because i was sick for awhile and decided to take it easy to cure completely! now im back and fresh to go so big week coming up!

    I think im gonna start doing the pull/push/leg system!!

    Big lifts with some big ( for me) poundages!

    Get ready to rumble!

    very nice back, bis and traps session dude

    those numbers on back look really good, especially those on deads after already having done 3 solid back exercises and getting a pb. Those db curls are impressive dude!
