    so i had little time to train

    did 40 minute shoulder workout
    3 sets of reverse pek
    130poundsx10
    2 sets of 160poundsx8

    Side laterals
    3 sets of 10kgx10

    Front bar raises
    3 sets 20kgx10

    Dumbell press
    22kgx10
    26kgx8
    26kgx6
    22kgx8

    Upright rows
    40kgx10
    45kgx8
    50kgx6 PB!!

    nice session buddy, pretty heavy db press, awesome getting that pb feel good, i wonder what front bar raises are. are they like front raises but with a bar? reverse pek is insane awesome strenght on those

    Had a good leg session today!

    Warmed up with two sets of

    leg extensions ss with hamstring curls
    45kgx12 45kgx12

    Squats
    60kgx10
    100kgx6
    120kgx4
    140kgx2
    80kgx8
    80kgx6

    Lunges ( first time)
    Set 1 i tried it with dumbells
    14kgx10....fail ( 5 per leg) too heavy
    the next 2 sets were with a 20kg bar x7 per leg
    Like it so far.. feels good in my hams and quads...may keep doing them!

    Leg curls
    3 sets of 60kgx10

    Leg extensions
    70kgx12
    80kgx10
    90kgx7

    Leg press calf presses
    160kgx15 3 sets

    Standing calf raises
    3 sets of 100kgx8

    Legs were jelly by now

    Felt good!

    Tomorrow is chest with biceps

    I did a back and bi workout today...had the energy :keke:

    Barbell rows underhand grip

    90kgx8...PB!
    overhand grip
    90kgx6
    100kgx4...pb!! finally 100kg!!

    Did 3 sets wide grip pulldowns and 3 sets nuetral grip pulldowns but in sequence.
    So one wide and one neutral
    60kgx10 70kgx8
    60kgx8 60kgx8
    60kgx8 60kgx8....this "superset" killed me

    T bar rows apparatus
    30kgx10
    40kgx8
    50kgx8

    Close grip straight bar cable rows
    70kgx10
    2 sets of 80kgx8

    Barbell shrugs

    120kgx8
    140kgx6

    Seated dumbell curls

    Standing EZ bar curls

    good work on that pb with the bb rows brother. The drop sets on those pull downs must have been kiler as well!

    real good weights trown around, good going getting that pb, but i guess you´ll use more next time and some high reps with the crossover so i see where you get the pump from. since the triceps are all machine can´t really tell if it was strong but the numbers look strong so yeah buddy lightweight!!! awesome job, on a flipnote why did you do wide grip bench?
