    Awesome weights, those presses are really strong. I started to do Decline Db's too and it felt good. That 26kgx7 is very strong for first time!

    Today was my last session before FIBO!!

    Had to wait for some fool doing upright rows in the power rack

    Did some extensions and some hammie curls to warm up

    Then i did 3 sets of Lunges
    15kgx12
    25kgx12
    35kgx12 6 each leg

    Really warmed up now

    Front squats
    40kgx10
    50kgx7
    60kgx5

    Now we get it going
    SQuats
    80kgx8
    100kgx6
    120kgx4
    140kgx1....damn it felt heavy 2day

    Ham curls
    60kgx10
    3 sets of 70kgx10-8-8

    Standing calf raises
    80kgx10
    90kgx8
    100kgx8

    Seated calf raise
    25kgx12
    50kgx8
    60kgx8

    Then we decided that we had a lot of time to wait before we had to go home so we did some chest and bi's

    Bench press

    Incline press

    100kgx1...did the 100's with help a la powerlift style to help increase my strength
    so descend was all me till i touvh my chest and my partneret helped me with the ascend

    Seated machine preacher curls
    did 4 sets but don't remember the weights but went pretty heavy till the lest sat i only got 5reps

    Tommorow i leave for FIBO with my camera and will take a lot pics and post them all..!

    Nice session there Vegeta. Sometimes the weights you usually play around with can feel like the double, it happens to me all the time. Dont worry, next session you wont feel the same : ) Have a fun trip.

    some big ass volume dude, the rowing was good sometimes you canīt sacrifiece form for weight. still getting those pb, nice job keep pushing yourself
