    Had a pretty good back and bicep workout!

    Barbell row
    60kgx10
    80kgx10
    100kgx4
    100kgx4

    Pulldowns
    50kgx12
    75kgx7
    75kgx7
    70kgx8

    Cable rows
    60kgx10
    75kgx10
    90kgx6
    100kgx6...PB!

    REverse grip pulldowns
    4 sets of 75kgx8-6-6-6

    Chest supported machine rows but to hit upperback
    4 sets and increments of 30 pounds till full stack....dont remember the wieghts

    Barbell curls
    3 sets of 40kgx6

    then i did 3 sets of concentration curls like Arnold followed immediatly by 30kg barbell curls
    concentration curls 10kgx10-8-8
    Barbell curls 30kgx6-6-4

    Machine preacher curls
    dont remember the wieght but stuck to one wieght and went ti failure...but failry high reps9-12

    Before starting i did in one gaint set
    5 sets of:
    hanging knee raises x12
    Situpsx12
    Straight arm pulldowns 30kg to warm up back

    Tommorow is def rest and maybe sunday too....next session is chest and tri!!

    Seated rear lateral raises

    12kgx10
    14kgx8
    16kgx6

    Seated front raises( in a arc so they touch at the top of the movement
    8kgx10
    2 sets of 10kgx8-6......damn these burn

    Didn't do much shrugs to do them friday in my back session
    2 sets of 70kgx10
    90kgx10

    My forearms really hurt for some odd reason and couldnt curl nithing straight....so no dumbell curls or barbell curls

    Concentration curls
    10kgx10(WU)
    12kgx10
    14kgx8
    14kgx8

    Seated machine curls unliteral
    25kgx10
    2 sets of 35kgx10

    Machine preacher curls
    Don't remember wieghts.........3 sets though

    Hammer curls both arms
    3 sets of 18kgx8

    Did 20 minutes cardio to wrap it up!
