    Single leg leg press
    50kgx10 3 sets....this was a first doing this and i felt it in my whole leg....awesome stuff!

    Leg curls

    85kgx6

    Did 3 sets of calf raises and i was done...didn't have the energy to do calves....on back day i will do it!

    Single Leg Leg Presses will kick your ass haha.... I remember getting pretty sore off of those the first time I did them after squats

    Thanx for the support guys!!!

    I took thursday till sunday off because my body needed it

    But now that the wether cleared here in holland and it's at least 15 degrees celcius i have started running!

    Saturday was my first try and i did 40 min of walking/jogging intervals....its nowhere near the great cardio god pain :keke: but my condition sucks and i will work hard on it!

    today i will hit back and some cardio!

    I feel great today!!

    The same route i ran on sunday in 40 minutes i did in 27 minutes today!! really hit it hard today and i feel great!!

    Later in the day some chest and triceps!

    Did a chest tri and ab workout today

    Bench press
    40kgx12 2 sets WU
    60kgx10
    80kgx6
    100kgx3
    100kgx3
    100kgx3

    The 100kg are me all the way down and i was helped to complete the lift...need to get the bench up!

    Incline bench
    60kgx8
    80kgx5
    80kgx5
    100kgx2
    100kgx2
    60kgx10

    Same here with the 100's

    Cable crossovers
    20kgx12
    25kgx10
    25kgx10
    30kgx8....Pump and the stretch is amazing!!

    Pushdowns
    3 sets of 60kgx10-10-8

    Skull crushers
    20kgx12
    25 kgx10 2 sets

    One armed rope pushdowns
    20kgx8 3 sets

    2 sets of one armed extenions 10kgx10

    And to finsh up the brun i did 200poundsx6 dip machine

    Triceps are pumped all out!!

    Abs

    3 sets of weighted crunches (10kg)x10 then bodyweightx10 so in total 60 reps

    3 sets of lying leg raises with somebody pushing my legs down for extra resistance total reps=45

    I am spent for today....

    Tommorow is legs and some cardio but im not sure which one....plus its queens day here in holland and tommorow there are events in both the hague where i live and amsterdam...so thrusday is a no go because i will party till late!
