    congrats on those PB's, they would of gotten you pumped up and to even with the workout with a PB is awesome stuff.

    you seem to make it like a walk in the park, you strap yourself in the machines and BAMM light weight :keke:
    how come no squats? wobble wobble is sad to see no squats :keke:

    Squats is on 5x5 day Baby....i that will be end of week...friday or saturday...ill 150kgx2 for u!
