    Seated plate loaded mahcine press

    Pump was insane!

    Front squats

    Stationary dumbell lunges
    3 sets of 10kg in each hand x8 each leg

    Leg press rest pause
    160kgx13 rest x4 restx3=20 reps
    200kgx7 restx 3 rest x2=12 reps!

    What a pump!!

    Standing leg curls
    each leg 40kgx10
    45kgx8
    50kgx8

    Did some calves with the rest pause technique

    Abs
    did 4 sets of machine crunches rest pause style

    Awesome training!!

    Pumped as fuck and done in 80 minutes!

    There is this guy who gives sport massages there so i asked about it and he gave me a back massage for free to check it out....it was awesome!

    nice front squatting bro, i have never gotten the hang of that movement technically, and thus have never done it regularly, i think placing the bar on my delts is so fucking uncomfy:/ but i guess its a good quad builder huh? leg presses look killer as well bro
