    Nice work on the squats PV, but a piece of advice: after those first 2 squat movements you really don't need to be hitting the cursed leg extensions. Your quads will be getting enough from the squats and you don't need the added knee strain.

    Did chest and triceps today, and was a awesome session!

    Incline Barbell press
    barx12 WU
    40kgx10 WU
    60kgx10
    80kgx6
    90kgx2+1 forced
    100kgx1 +2 forced, just enough to get over the damn sticking point...PB i think

    Seated plate loaded chest press
    30kg each sidex12
    40kgx8
    50kgx5..PB 2 were a bit forced but not by much

    Seated Incline press ( im lovin this machine)
    30kg each sidex12
    40kgx8
    50kgx5...nce pump going, chest work was awesome today

    Close grip bench press
    40kgx10
    60kgx7, thought i got 8, racked it and realised i got 7 lolz
    80kgx2+2 forced, pb!!

    Skull crushers( it's been awhile)
    30kgx10
    40kgx4+2 forced, too heavy
    35kgx6, that's better

    V bar pushdowns
    3 sets of 10,8,5

    Did 20 minutes cardio burned 225kcals

    Awesome session!

    Tommorow mos probably ill hit back and biceps! DEADSZ!

    Seated dumbell press ( no backpad) i feel my form and my scalpular contraction is muh better this way

    Side laterals
    8kgx12
    12kgx10
    14kgx6
    16kgx5..shoulders were fatigued, normally i can get 8..

    Face pulls
    50kgx10 2 sets
    60kgx8 2 sets

    Did 2 sets light bent over raises 8kgx12

    Barbell shrugs
    60kgx12
    100kgx10
    120kgx8

    That was that, today off and tommorow is leg day!! WHOO!
