    Speed was too fast needed to breath during that shitty 80kg set, rest during workout was like 30 sec or less

    Crazy chest pump today, hsa been awhile since i did flat dumbell press

    Pushdowns

    Seatef one handed dumbell extensions

    Plate loaded machine dips, each arm works on their own, so lots of balance to control each rep

    60kgx7, couldnt get the 8th damn...

    Did some abs, machine crunches and side bends today

    did 20 minutes cardio and burned 262kcals, pb i think lolz

    Damn gym is closed sunday..si back session is monday IF i finish some school shit on time, damn monday is a holiday too, so gym is open till 6:30 pm...
