    deadlifts:
    -140kg 6 reps

    -160kg 5 reps

    pullups:
    -with a 10kg plate 12 reps
    -with a 10kg plate 10 reps
    -no weight 20 reps

    cable rows:

    v handle pulldowns:

    i´m switching up abit now. doing more volume and training more often split is now

    day1:chest,shoulders
    day2:back,arms
    day3:legs
    day4:chest,shoulders
    day5:back,arms
    day6:legs

    my sets will be around 20 sets per bodypart, and atleast 16 for smaller bodyparts
