    went a little crazy with this leg session

    deadlifts: 3sets of 110kg 6 reps

    smith squats:
    -50kg 20 reps

    -90kg 20 reps...i couldn´t stand up straight, i was exhausted and i had to wait 5 mins to do the leg press
