Max, i think you are just pushing your shoulders down with your arms to show your traps too much in that pose rather than a lack of deltoid development. Try practicing it in the mirror and you should get the hang of it.
Let's face it guys. Any improvement in actual muscle size is not possible right now, especially on the pulumbo diet. The clarity is what should be working on so all of what's been said should be towards that. Max what pose are you hitting the clasped hands? Do tell. You need to start cutting and fast or you will have problems...no more sugar coating. 3-4 lbs/wk even, which scares because I'm not sure how much muscle you're maintaining under the fat....but you get me.
