    See droopy shoulders and no chest! Do not hit this pose. It show's all your weaknesses! I honestly think you should keep cutting until you get to 6-8% and then SLOWLY bulk back up. Hell you've already used AAS so why not again when you bulk back up.

    Max, i think you are just pushing your shoulders down with your arms to show your traps too much in that pose rather than a lack of deltoid development. Try practicing it in the mirror and you should get the hang of it.

    Let's face it guys.

    Any improvement in actual muscle size is not possible right now, especially on the pulumbo diet. The clarity is what should be working on so all of what's been said should be towards that.

    Max what pose are you hitting the clasped hands? Do tell. You need to start cutting and fast or you will have problems...no more sugar coating. 3-4 lbs/wk even, which scares because I'm not sure how much muscle you're maintaining under the fat....but you get me.

    hes means, and im saying this in the nicest way possible, if you were to play football your shoulder pads would roll right off cause you dont have any shoulders, your shoulders is whats gonna make your MM wider like tonys, do you know what i mean? you should do more side raises alot of rear delt work, also do you do barbell or DB shrugs???/

    Yep. Max's shoulders are nothing special, but they look so terrible in that shot because his posing is very bad.

    The picture being taken from below doesn't help either.

    point taken, iŽll be doing more laterals to correct this and also i think my posing is really bad in the MM one, i do bb and db shrugs

    iŽll get some updated pics on sunday as iŽm getting 12 weeks out
    also iŽve been busting my ass in the gym and doing cardio 2x45min a day
    also posing mon/wed/fri for 30 mins
