    legs need some work..
    abs are coming in, thats good sign..
    upper body mostly .

    Overall chest is going to be your major weakness. Back is you best body part as of now. Keep going at it you've got a ways to go. Stay focused and don't cheat!

    i hope youre keeping those legs tight on ALL those poses lol on that abthigh looks like youre just sticking your left quad out there

    abs are starting to show, 12 weeks out is somewhat far but alot can happen. dont slip up

    Max, when doing a front double biceps and front lat spread you have to keep your heels together.- unless you have too big calves to do so.

    Btw congrats on keeping your mouth closed during poses.

    Wow looking not too bad Max, like others have said DO NOT hit that last pose again... But great work training hard and sticking to it after everyone told you not to, i still think you shouldnt be doing show but i think its great how hard you have worked and improved.

    The waist has sure came in, makes your lats look wider. :imcoolurnot:
    Your back is undoubtedly your strong point so you'll know doubt be doing a lot of back shots at the show. Others have mentioned your weak points which would be difficult to fix at this stage but you'll seriously lose points if you can't get the fat of the thighs. Up the leg cardio.
    Are you doing low, medium or high intensity ??
    I might have missed it but what's your diet like, have you adjusted since you began your prep ??

    Congrats on taking the plunge.

    Low intensity and Palumbo diet. High Fat High Protein and no carbs well direct carbs.
