    Diet with those drugs isn't really needed.. You've proven time after time that you can't do a diet. So instead use drugs..

    good idea regarding setting short term goals pain,
    set a goal each week max
    example:
    drop "X" amount of weight
    "X" amount of cardio

    Max, stick to a diet and slowly work to a goal wieght and BF% that u would be comfortable with..u shouldnt rush results....that's were u start doubting ur diet or training as to why they dont work fast...dedication is the key!!
