Well its nice to start posting in this forum, a do it in a Log of my own! After a short talk with Big Lance, I decided give HIT a shot and nothing better to watch my progress than a Log. I'm 18 and been training for 2 years now. Chest / Bicep day : BB bench press 40 kg - 20 reps WU 60kg - 15 reps WU 70 kg - 10 WU 80 kg - 6 + 3 forced reps Incline DB press 27,5 kg - 12 WU 35 kg - 8 ( light, increase next time ) Dips BW - failure WU BW + 15 kg - 8 Flys machine 40kg - 12 WU 50kg - 8 Biceps Olympic bar curl (kg without bar - wich weights 20 kg ) 10 kg - 15 WU 20Kg -10 WU 25kg -8 + 2 forced reps DB curl - standing 17,5 - 12 WU 22Kg - 8 Concentration curl ( Arnold style) 15kg - 10 + 3 forced My biceps had an awsome pump by this time. yeah, they are! I just prefer to do the CC's in a bent over position just like you see Arnold doing in pumping iron, unlike conventional there's no help from the knee and limits you cheating a lot. It's just bicep pure and simple. yeah and so far I'm enjoying the Hit training, let's see the results... but at least I leave the Gym earlyer, and my GF doesn't anoy me so much. :jerkoff1:

Man this was a hell of a workout!! Back, one of my favourites, after de second exercise I looked like water man just dripping sweat! HIT is really Hiting me ...(easy joke, lol) BW: 85kg / 187 lbs Back Chins ( I like to start back with chins istead of pulldows, it just feels better and gives me a lot more pump.) BW- 12 WU BW-10 WU BW- 8 + 3 forced T- Bar rows ( old school, bar in corner) 50kg - 12 WU 60Kg - 10 WU 80Kg /176 lbs - 7 + 2 forced one arm low cable rows 40 kg - 10 WU 55Kg/121 lbs - 8 ( really concentrated in contration) machine pulldows 60kg - 12 WU 75kg/165lbs - 8 DEADLIFTS (my favourite exercise) 70kg - 12 WU 90kg - 10 WU 110kg/ 243 lbs - 6 DB bent over rear delts 15kg - 12WU 17.5kg - 10 Men... I was really exhausted by this time, kinda dizzy... Did some abs, and 2 sets of calves, and flew away from the gym. I just needed to breathe fresh air! And the second session is sweet, deadlifts is my favourite exercise also I'm glad you liking HIT bro, wait until you see your gaining strength like mad, then you'll love it. Tonight's workout - LEGS! Quads Squats 60kg - 15 WU 80kg - 10 WU 100kg /220 lbs - 8 Smith lunges ( one leg at the time ) 50kg - 10 WU 70kg / 165lbs- 7 Lunges, puts your quads on fire! there's no exercise like it! I had to wait some minutes before I could go to the next exercise, it killed me! Leg extension 45kg - 12 WU 55kg / 121 lbs - 10 ( waiting 1-2 seconds on the positive part, really focusing on contraction.) Hams lying curls 45kg- 12 WU 65kg / 143 lbs - 8 single leg curl ( standing ) 30kg - 10 Calves standing calf raise 60kg- 12 WU 70kg - 10 WU 85kg / 187 lbs - 8 seated calf raise 40kg - 15 WU 55kg -10 calf on the leg press 80kg - 10 Dis some abs, and cardio. This was a great workout, and in the end it really feel like I did exactly what's needed to grow muscle it was a great feeling, my legs were warm like hell, I hadn't this feeling for a long time. Tomorrow - DELTS / TRAPS / TRICEPS
Shoulders / Traps / Triceps workout Shoulders behind the neck BB presses (Smith) 50kg - 15 WU 60kg - 10 WU 70kg / 154 lbs - 8 DB side laterals drop set - 15kg - 12kg-7.5kg WU 17.5kg /38 lbs - 15kg - 10 kg Independent shoulder press ( one arm at a time) 85kg - 10 WU 95 kg / 209 lbs - 8 Traps Db shrugs 37.5 kg -10 WU 42 kg /92lbs - 8 Tricep Dips BW - 12 BW +10kg - 10 WU BW +15 kg - 6 one arm tricep extensions behind the head 10kg - 12 WU 15 kg - 6 + 3 forced Rope pushdowns 15kg - 10 WU 20kg - 8 did some abs a bit of cardio, and first HIT week is conclued. A new one with heavier weights awaits me. So far so good.

well, second week of HIT, and i'm loving it! I really feel my mUscles are responding well, i feel a great sensation after the workouts, I feel that I'm doing it the right way. I just can't believe that I spent so many time doing endless sets in the gym.
