Leg day
Well I finally managed to watch - A week in the dungeon - and I must say, my leg training suffered a different aproach. that's a must see for every HIT trainee.
Leg extensions
45 kg - 15 WU
55kg - 12 WU
70 kg - 10 + 2 forced
Leg press
130kg - 15 WU
200kg - 10 ( I was trying with a more rep approach for legs but next time i can handle more weight)
Hack squat
75 kg - 10 WU
90kg - 6
Leg curl
65 kg - 10
75 kg - 6
single leg curl
and some calves.
