Well I finally managed to watch - A week in the dungeon - and I must say, my leg training suffered a different aproach. that's a must see for every HIT trainee.

Leg extensions
45 kg - 15 WU
55kg - 12 WU
70 kg - 10 + 2 forced

Leg press
130kg - 15 WU
200kg - 10 ( I was trying with a more rep approach for legs but next time i can handle more weight)

Hack squat
75 kg - 10 WU
90kg - 6



Leg curl
65 kg - 10
75 kg - 6

single leg curl

and some calves.

I normally do squats, but my lower back was bothering me and this time I decide to skip squats for this cycle of exercises ..probably next 3 week cycle I'm back with them.

70 kg - 8 ( I'm still getting used to this, never been a staple on my workout but this time I really liked it and gonna stick with it for next workouts. it hits quads in a unique way, and I will for sure progress on the weight quickly! )


Leg curl
55 kg - 12
75 kg - 8

STD's

90 kg - 8 ( I tought it would be harder, so going for 100 next time )


My legs are tired right now, and standing up it's a bit hard... BUT THAT'S THE WAY i LIKE IT!

damnit!! every bloody traning log im in, all i see in leg training as a recent body part trained, making me feel bad cos its been 2 weeks since i trained quads :keke: , just more fuel for me to get ready for quads next week :hyperguy:

i know what you mean about the front squats, it hits them differently compared to back squats, to the point where it really isolates the top of the quads the most.

awesome numbers and crazy amount of weights your pushing there bro! good solid workout keep it up :tiphat:

My chest is my weak point, especially the inner part so i'm focusing more on presses now !
