But...

I'm kinda upset with the gym !! I'm actually leave my current gym, and change to a new one that a former Portuguese overall bodybuilding champion opened recently. How do I say this... my gym has gone... GAY!!:greddy:
they are changing it to more of a fitness style...:angrydude::angrydude: so theres a lot annoying people moving, and all the " big " guys are leaving, they are cutting the weight section to extend the cardio... urgh---- FUck'em !

In my new Gym i'll work with the best machines.. and the best... it's a bodybuilding only gym.. no fitness crap and no group classes..:hyperguy:
And this guy is in there to help me and give me advice :

I've been reading stuff, and it makes sence to me and then I see the David Henry new video and I said - I'm gonna try this tomorrow ! ( ( a little vague..)biggrinsanta

So today I started my leg day with Hams, that allows my quads to be more isolated in the squats ans presses, cause my hams are fatigue at that point and aren't able to help the quads so much..

and it fucking works! you can actually feel your quads more tired and really working solo. the pump is better! SO..... I'm keeping it this way! biggrinsanta
