I think you double posted the shoulder session bro.

Anyway, The two workouts look solid. That shoulder and tri session is great and i'm glad you tried those BNP's. There awesome and will get you melons for your delts :) Back workout is good also man, with good choice of exercises and heavy dbell rows. keep it up mate :2:

Bicep curls done in the oposite side of the preacher curl, the way that the biceps are totally isolated.

* this two last exercises that i did for biceps and are totally awsome felt a extraordinary pump ! they were taken from a vid in MD about charlie arms.. man.. he knows what he does!

110 kg - 8 brutal increase of strengh, done with no straps ! more next time

good workout overall, I realised I gained strengh in my legs so next one is going to be more painfull. but for this the high reps did the job!
