    lol at last comment I already deadlifted 200kg I tought it was 190kg but JoaoT counted the plates (thing i can't do) and it was 200kg..

    poit of situation : I'm in the middle of a volume phase (high volume , drop sets, supersets.. all good stuff) and already craving for the strenght phase to begin.

    Todays session

    Chest and Bi's

    Bench 90kgx5/ 95kgx5/ 95kgx6/ 95kgx6

    Incline DB 37kgx7/ 37x6/ 37x6/ 37x 5 (really bad compared to last session)

    Db flat 35kgx8 /35x7 /35x8
    Superset with
    BB incline 50kgx 9 / 50x9/ 50 x 10 ( though stuff)

    DB flyes (dropset) 22kgx10xdropxdrop - 3 sets like this

    dips - BWx 8 / x8 / x7
    superset with
    cable cross - 30kgx12/ 30x11 / 30x 12


    Biceps

    Db seated curls (one arm at time) - 25kgx8 / 25x7 / 25x8

    Ez BB - 40kgx10 / 40x10 /40x12
    superrset with
    hammer curl 20kgx10 / 20 kg x 9 / 20kg x10

    concentration curls (drop set)- 15 kgx10xdropxdrop - sets like this

    forarms

    reverse curls 35kg - 3 sets x (10-12)
    superset with
    wrist curls 8same bar - bent over) sets - maximum reps (-12-15)

    You should post more times in here.

    Well it's true i had to give a lesson "How to count weights in the gym" to Natzo.

    You put all the effort in those workouts man. Continue with that spirit.

    solid sessions natzo. looks like ur strenght has really increased. very convincing bench pressing. strong curls as well

    Crazy shit.. my legs were pumped up to the max and hurting like bitches..
    I'm seeing results by the week... pretty sweet time for me right now.

    First day of Strenght Phase !! hell yeah.. The tasty stuff begins!

    Legs

    Squat 140kg x 4 / 150kg x 3 / 150kg x 5

    Front Squats - 80 kg x 7 / 100kg x 4 / 100kg x 5

    Leg press - 240 kg x 10 / 240 kg x 11

    leg extension - 85kg x9 / 90 kg x 7

    Stiff BB - 100 kg x 11 / 140 kg x 4

    calves - 2 sets in the leg press

    tasty workout, I'm glad cause I wasn't sure about some weights but some of them will go up in the next session... had no spotter today too.. so..

    yeah I was suprised how I was able to move nicely with 100 kg and it didn't felt heavy on the shoulders. If I can get 6 reps next workout I think I could put more 10kg on the bar let's see..:gaysign:

    T- row - 5 plates x 6 / 5 plates x 5 ( this one felt good.)

    Db row - 52 kg x 6 / 52 x 6

    BB shrugs - 140 kg x 8 / 140 x 8


    decent workout. felt tired of taking and putting all the plates.. dripping sweat by the end.
