Chest Bench - 100kgx 5 / 105 kg x 4 / 110 kg x 3 (PB) DB Incline - 42 kg x 7 / 47 kg x 3 / 47kg x 3(PB) DB flat - 42 x 5 / 42 x 4 Chest Press - 120 kg x 6 (PB) Dips - Bw + 25 kg x 5 / +25 x 3 HELL YEAH. best PB ever - 110 kg x 3 been adding weight in the bench lately and today the 100 kg felt really smooth, thanks to JoaoT for the tip to try the 110kg otherwise I would have done 105 again. the 42 kg in the incline db felt light too.. what the fuck? LOL .. the next pair of dumbells are the 47's so I had to go with that.. they feel heavy only craked 3 struggling, but I will adapt ; they were heavy but not as heavy as i expected.. one of the best workouts ever. especially considering it's Chest, a body part that I struggled to improve but feels like it's changing lately.

Meal 1 - 2 scoops Whey with milk (skim) ; >100g oats with fruit Meal 2 - bowl of ceral (no sugar) ; trail mix ; banana ; 3 whole wheat bread slices with cheese Meal 3 - meat/ Fish ; potatoes / rice / pasta meal 4 - eggwhites; black beans (Natzo's secret) Meal 5 pre-wk - 100g oats ; 1.5 scoop whey Meal 6 post-wk - 2.5 scoops whey ; 80 gr malto ; 5gr creatine Meal 7 - Meat; rice/pasta Meal 8 - 1 scoop whey with milk (skim) ; fruit ; 2 whole wheat bread slices *meal 4 : in college- chicken breast sandwich ; grilled cheese ; Milk *meal 8 : can be - eggwhites, chocolate milk ; fruit humm..
