Great amount of weight your lifting there mate. Ahh, so all your exercises are strength orientated? (<6 reps) I thought it was just your main lifts. Interesting. Looking forward pancake.
Thanks for the support guy! @Pickle : a press is a chest press machine like hammer strenght ones. @BGL : yeah, I do low reps in every exercise trying to progress in the 4-6 reps in the general lifts and in the 2-4 rep on the main lifts. just to change the stimulus in every muscle group and gain some strenght in every move.

BACK deads - 180kg x 3 / 200kg x1 / 200kg x 1 pull ups - bw+25kg x 4 / +25 kg x 5 / +25kg x 5 BB row - 120kg x5 / 120 kg x5 /120kg x5 T- row - 100kg x 5 / 100kg x 6 db pullover - 62kg x 4 pulldown - 80kg x 7 / 90kg x 4 was expecting to equal my 200kg x 2 on deads and my pb 210x1, but the 200's only gave me one. haven't handle that amount for 7 weeks so I think it's alright. good session overall!

Fucking my back was the main catalyst for me not training for 2 years and i did it at your age as well. Better to be right with the move then doing 4 and a half plates with a quick hip rise.

I always was able to handle a big weight for the overhead dumbell tricep, don't know why... I remember when I started i was barely capable of doing like 25 kg db for chest.. and I could do 30 kg in that exercise already. same with curls. I eat well.. not a lot and not everything I see. i've been making steady weight gains, though I increased 5-6kg since last november. I'm borderline 90 kg for 1 month now. yeah it's steady.
