Speaking of crowded racks, there's a.....person in my gym who is a fan of placing a mat under the ONLY rack in my gym and lie down there doing some kind of yoga-abs. My mate and I have had to get him outta there several times and he keeps doing it! FFS there's PLENTY of free room in the gym to do that **** but he loves the damn rack so much. Rant over. LOL my squat depth is very good right now, below parallel as you can see in my recent squat days the weight has decreased a little in my final sets to enable it. oh shoot today is squat day.
