Leg curl 55 kg - 12 75 kg - 8 - drop set - 60kg - 3 STDL's 110 kg - 8 brutal increase of strengh, done with no straps ! more next time good workout overall, I realised I gained strengh in my legs so next one is going to be more painfull. but for this the high reps did the job!
