Jay Cutler did that his last years and he was never off. Keeping an eye on your bf levels can be good, you will diet "less harder" in your contest prep.

Kai Greene will lose ONLY if HE f*cks it up _ surely Phil can't top that! Kai is just toooo far ahead of everyone this year!

Agree he looks out of this world..............but then again he tends too come watery and off after a good offseason and precontest
