Im sick of Charles glass's training approach. He removes like all basic compound lifts and makes people work excussively with machines and the occasional dumbells. Making his athletes get in positions in which the muscle is very isolated and vulnurable to any type of weight so that it SEEMS like the muscle is getting more stimulated then with heacy compound lifting.
Chris aceto said something about it. He mentioned that dexters nutrition hasnt changed because he is still working with Joe McNeil.. what has changed? his training... So now George Farah is doing Dexters dieting but i think his training is the biggest issue he has since he is shrinking. Charles glass is way overrated. He got popular because he got LUCKY by working with freaks like Chris Cormier and Flex Wheeler. Im not saying his training is bad but its definitely not that great. While Jay, Kai, and Phil are all gravitating towards heavy compound lifting, dexter is regressing and doing the opposite.
