Side chest pose progress from 2012 (left) to 2013 (right) for Lionel Beyeke and Branch Warren and side triceps for Dexter Jakcson. You can see how Lionel is clearly better conditioned in 2013, Dexter is a bit better in 2013, and Branch was better when he was with George Farah back in 2012, in my opinion of course.

Dexter Jackson, rear lat spread 2012 vs 2013. Consistency is his trademark. Respect.

Back double biceps - 2012 vs 2013, Branch Warren. Conditioning wise he is off compared to 2012.
