Shock for your traps (not my standard traps workout but I love to shock a body part occasionally whenever I feel like it's time to overcome a little plateau) I )upright row . Start with a barbell for comfortable 20 reps add lb 1 0 and repeat that , go up in lb 1 0 steps till you can't do 5 reps anymore only a few seconds break between the sets . Once you reach the maximum weight reduce every set by lb 1 0 till you're back with the original weight . Saw something similar like that with Charles Glass and Flex Wheeler on one of my first trips to Venice Golds and was so impressed that I kept it in my Programm till today . Always keep your eyes open for new stuff..

This is a picture taken with 18 prepping for my 1st swiss junior championship . Although I went to trade school and had a job I focused 100% on bodybuilding. Had no idea about diet and went to my grandmas house after every workout drinking 1 Glas of milk with polenta and sugar on top .
