Vergil Ortiz, Jr is actually a junior middleweight but he moved up one division to accommodate the bout with veteran Mauricio Herrera as the undercard of the Canelo-Jacobs middleweight fight. But Herrera experienced his first KO in the hands of the young Ortiz with a clear KO in the 3rd round. It was the 13th win of the undefeated Ortiz and also his 13th KO which means all his opponents were knocked out.
