The day before taking these pictures I got the 7 site bodyfat test done and I was 17% bodyfat.......

constructive criticism is defiantly appreciated

You look pretty damn good, especially back and legs. The only areas I think could use some improvement ( and this is being really nit-picky) are the upper chest, so that you look thicker in the mm and front double biceps, the calves, because your thighs are so huge, and your waist, but that will gradually come down anyway as a result of dieting. That way, your lats will really pop out. Overall, you look outstanding, truly a great physique. Huge arms and back and legs are thick as hell. Keep up the good work and good luck.

Ya, I was going to say that chest is your weak point. But you look awesome bro. I am impressed. Keep up the good work.

You hold 17% body fat very well. I would have guessed slightly below 15%. Lookin' good though; you're definately on track!

thanks bb4life, i've been trying to bring my upper chest up for about a year now, it has defiantly made sum improvements compared to where it was....and obviously calves are calves, i tried hitting them twice a week in the offseason but eventually they will grow....thanks for the criticism and the awesome compliments brother :tiphat: :2:

thanks bigp...chest is my bodypart that just doesn't wanna grow.....after this show i'll make sure to force sum growth out of it :zangief: :xyxthumbs:

damn dude looking large and leaning out at a good rate....17% bodyfat is suprising you def hold it well

Keep us updated on the progress.

Arms are your stong point for sure....chest is your weakest link IMO

I agree with wolf. You dont look like your holding 17% bodyfat ur body holds it well.

You look fanastic everything is improving, you've only got yourself to beat mate great stuff.
