precook healthy meals like chicken, green veggies and brown rice or lean steak and yams. Ground turkey breast with onions on brown rice is tasty to. I precook my meat and veggies for 2-3 days in advance. I try to cook my rice daily. Oats are a solid carb choice as well. Its easy you just gotta plan :D stay away from sauces and shit depending on your goals.... ketchup has alot of sugar. If anything i would use low sodium soy sauce, hot pepper sauce or some light italian/vinagrette.

thats way too much tuna!!! if you are going to eat that much you need to consider a colon mercury detox.. or else have fun with these long term side effects..

* remors affecting the hands that may progress to other parts of the body
* neuromuscular weakness, muscle twitching, and muscle atrophy
* polyneuropathy-- parathesias (numbness in fingers and toes), hyperactive tendon reflexes, slowed sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities with gait ataxia
* slurred speech
* memory loss and decreased performance in cognitive functioning
* emotional lability known as “erethism” : irritability, extreme nervousness, shyness, and loss of confidence
* fatigue
* headaches
* insomnia
* visual loss – constriction of visual fields
* hallucinations
* hearing loss

one the the few times i agree with serb

I agree, dont treat work any differently than you would home meals, cook a bunch of shit at one time. You'll quickly see how it benifets not only your physique but your overall life and free time.

Imagine coming home from work and just grabbing a premade meal out of the fridge, open...eat...rinse container done. Now go fuck off somewhere for 2 1/2 - 3 hours and repeat.... or take one with you:keke:

Get a nice backpack it looks less suspicious than carrying a coolerbag or tupperware:gaygay:
