1st Chinese UFC fighter – Li Jingliang

Li Jingliang was the first Chinese fighter in UFC with a record in the octagon of 6 wins and 1 loss. As the undercard to UFC Fight Night 157, Jingliang faced Brazilian veteran Zaleski Dos Santos. As the underdog in the betting odds, Jingliang was careful not to be hit and he was quite successful in the first 2 rounds. But in the last rounds, Jingliang had wanted to get a good finish so he threw caution to the wind. It was a lucky shot that hit Zaleski for a knockdown and an eventual TKO finish.

This was a great fight. One that I have enjoyed in a while. Jingliang was really good compared to Zalesky, but that doesn't mean it came easy Li Jingliang.
