The push is officially on. After dropping weight in Push Phase 1, the intensity has doubled for Push Phase 2 — and it’s brutal. The strategy now is two full workouts per day, cardio after each, and posing practice in between. Carbs are low (around 100g), calories hovering around 2,000–2,200, and every rep feels like a war.

Training Split for the Day:
  • Morning cardio → Workout #1: Chest (16 working sets)
  • Post-workout cardio → Rest/nap at the gym
  • Workout #2: Shoulders & Triceps
  • More cardio + posing rounds
On top of this, meals are minimal and precise: shakes, amino acids, couscous, lean meats, egg whites, and guacamole. Even something as simple as heating food becomes a mission, with frozen chicken and microwave hunts in Spain becoming part of the prep grind.

Condition Check:
  • 7 weeks out, glutes are showing lines.
  • Bodyweight dropping hard.
  • Dizzy after sets, legs heavy, every movement feels like dragging 1,000 kilos.
Mentality:
  • Most people back off when it gets this hard — this is where he thrives.
  • Coaches have warned against the volume (30+ sets per muscle group per week), but he insists the struggle is necessary to deserve the Olympia stage.
  • Recovery aided by peptides (TB500, BPC-157) and naps, but still walking the fine line between exhaustion and collapse.
  • “If I die, I die with purpose.”
Key Takeaway: This phase isn’t recommended for the average lifter — the workload is extreme and only possible with full-time dedication, recovery tools, and sheer obsession. But this is the sacrifice he believes it takes to climb the mountain and earn the Olympia title.
